Human Resources Generalist - Oahu

Job Duties:
• Identify and implement effective recruiting strategies using social media, direct advertising, job boards, career fairs, colleges/universities, etc.

• Work with hiring managers to create job postings that accurately identifies needs, as well as, desirable skills and attributes

• Identify, interview and recommend candidates for open positions

• Perform appropriate background checks and references

• Conduct new hire orientation and enhance the onboarding process to increase employee engagement

• Benefit administration responsibilities include effectively communicate benefits, ensure accurate and timely enrollment, approve monthly invoices, participate in annual open enrollment benefit fair

• Proper administration, documentation and reporting of FMLA, Workers Comp, TDI, and unemployment benefits

Accountant - Oahu

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the management and supervision of accounting functions, providing coverage when employees are on extended leave and during month and year end to ensure timely closing

• Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and AR & AP aging

• Process daily cash receipts for deposit

• Maintain and update cash logs

• Record daily inter company bank transactions

• Manage petty cash

• Assist the departments with inventory

• Assist with implementation of software solutions

• Assist the controller with month end closing as required

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years of experience, construction accounting experience highly desirable

Job Duties:

Job Duties:

• Manage purchase orders and ensure all supporting documentation is attached

• Track work orders via Service Management and Sage Timberline

Job Duties:
• Detail concept development, system design, and installation for HVAC systems

• Detail and produce drawings of metal fabrication components for the HVAC industry

• Provide HVAC equipment quotations for project estimates

• Effectively use CAD software to accurately design HVAC layouts

• Interpret information from sketches, blueprints, existing drawings, electronic images, along with written and verbal descriptions, to design HVAC layout and systems

• Collaborate with estimators and project managers in project preparation of construction drawings and specifications

• Code and design reviews/studies

Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering

• 5+ years of drafting experience in related field

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, complex mechanical systems and assemblies

Project Engineer / Project Manager - Oahu

Job Duties:
• Prepare project estimates for presentation to the general contractor and/or owner

• Work with general contractor and/or owner throughout the negotiation process, provide clarification and resolution as needed

• Prepare and present the final bid to the general contractor and/or owner

• Acts as the primary contact for the general contractor and/or owner; attend project meetings, maintain communication regarding all project related matters

• Prepare subcontract agreements, schedule of values and customer billings

• Review shop drawings for accuracy, efficiency, and clarity

• Identify and recommend appropriate cost savings/value engineering items

• Responsible for the purchasing, scheduling and delivery of equipment and materials required for the project, ensure accuracy to project plans and specifications

• Prepare and submit change order estimates and work orders, confirm completion of changes

• Identify, analyze and resolve problems, define any cost or schedule impact

• Provide project updates to the appropriate departments

• Prepare and submit closing documents, maintain all project documentation
